Daniel Parreira

Daniel Parreira is a seasoned professional in sales and leadership within the technology and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales for Africa at Thunes since March 2024, Daniel has also founded and leads Omniware Enterprise Solutions (Pty) Ltd as CEO since January 2015. Prior experience includes holding the position of Head of Sales at bancX from September 2020 to March 2024, as well as serving as Sales Director for the SADC region and Global Services Sales Director (Africa) at Finastra from January 2018 to July 2019. Daniel’s career began at Sybrin, where a progression from Payment Systems Specialist to Sales Director took place from January 2005 to November 2017. Daniel holds a BCom Informatics Honours degree from the University of Pretoria, earned between 2001 and 2004, and completed Matric at Pretoria Boys High School in December 2000.
