Lakshmi Rajagopalan is a seasoned professional in the fintech sector, currently serving as VP of Network Commercialization at Thunes since August 2022, where the focus is on powering global payments for businesses. Prior to this role, Lakshmi worked as Chief of Staff at Partior for a brief period, and as Director of Global Network Delivery at Rapyd, overseeing critical aspects of local payments and network expansion. With a decade-long tenure at PayPal, Lakshmi excelled in various positions including Senior Manager of Business Operations and Senior Program Manager, where significant contributions to regulatory compliance and operational excellence were made. Lakshmi possesses solid technical expertise from earlier roles as a User Interface Engineer and has a strong academic foundation with a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Iowa, complemented by a B.Tech in Information Technology from the University of Madras.
