Hanspeter Hutter

Hanspeter Hutter has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Hanspeter started their career in 1996 at UBS, where they held various roles including Kundenberater PK, Projektleiter, and Teamleiter. From 1998 to 1999, they also served as the Teamleiter Integration Office Geschäftsbereich Ressourcen during the merger of UBS/SBV. In 2002, they joined UBS Wealth Management as Leiter Controlling/Finance for Global Products & Services, and later became the Leiter Controlling/Finance UBS Swiss Clients. In 2011, Hutter joined Thurgauer Kantonalbank, where they held the position of Leiter Abteilung Finance & Risk (CFO & CRO), Direktor until December 2019. Hanspeter also served as the Stiftungsrat der Stiftung Pensionskasse der Thurgauer Kantonalbank from 2018 to 2019. Since January 2020, they have been working as the Leiter Geschäftsbereich Finance & Risk (CFO & CRO) and Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung at Thurgauer Kantonalbank. Overall, Hutter has demonstrated expertise in finance, risk management, and leadership throughout their career.

Hanspeter Hutter completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Banking & Finance from FHS St.Gallen University of Applied Sciences in the years 1993 to 1996. Following this, they pursued an Executive Master of Finance (EMBA) and became a Financial Consultant (CFP) from ZHAW School of Management and Law between 1999 and 2001. In 2004 to 2005, Hanspeter Hutter attended SFI Swiss Finance Institute for an Advanced Executive Program (AEP) in Banking & Finance. Lastly, they obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) emphasizing Digital Transformation from The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur in 2016 to 2017.
