Jacqueline Powers

Jacqueline Powers currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Scholarships and Assistant Vice President of Programs at the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this, Jacqueline accumulated extensive experience in higher education at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where roles included Associate Vice Provost for Enrollment Management, Director of Orientation and New Student Programs, and Assistant Director of New Student Programs from February 2010 to December 2021. Jacqueline's background also includes positions in the media industry, specifically as Manager of College Marketing at Sony Music Entertainment (2007-2010), Traffic Reporter with Metro Networks (2006-2007), and Traffic Reporter at WFMY News 2 (2006-2007). Jacqueline holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from Amridge University and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
