Rob Tiernan is the Chief Revenue Officer at Thuro, where they focus on enhancing background investigations to help businesses hire with confidence and safeguard their brands. Previously, Rob held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales & Marketing at LincWare and Vice President of Sales, Alliances, & I-9 Compliance at HIREtech, where they significantly increased revenue and partnerships. Rob began their career at Paychex, progressing from National Sales Representative to National Sales Support Supervisor. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from St. Bonaventure University.
