Melissa Jane Barnes

Melissa Jane Barnes is an experienced regional manager currently leading the South England operations for the world's biggest IRL dating brand since October 2025. Previously, Melissa held the role of Regional Lead at Deliveroo from March 2022, during which time Melissa Jane also acted as interim Regional Manager for the South West & Wales Region. Prior roles include City Manager at SMASH App, where Melissa focused on promoting healthier food options for young people, and Partnerships Manager at TomatoSource Limited, overseeing strategic brand partnerships and promotional campaigns. Additionally, Melissa has experience as Account Manager with major brands including Walgreens Boots Alliance and Coca-Cola, and has held various roles in business development and advertising across multiple organizations. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Events Management from the University of the West of England, obtained in 2016.
