Aaron Moe

Aaron Moe, MBA, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Thurston 9-1-1 Communications since May 2021, Aaron oversees comprehensive HR services, including recruitment, benefits administration, and labor relations. Previous roles include Human Resources Analyst at Thurston County Government, Sr HR Analyst at King County Wastewater Treatment Division, and HR Project Manager at King County, where substantial contributions were made to recruiting, compliance, and best practice implementation. Aaron also has a background in compliance auditing and program coordination from Tacoma Power and has held HR positions with City of Tacoma, Robert Half International, City of Federal Way, and King County. Education includes an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Science from Central Washington University, along with a PHR certification.
