Curtis Dunn currently serves as the Public Works Infrastructure Asset Manager for Thurston County Government since April 2023. Previously, Dunn worked with the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts in various roles, including IT Business Liaison and Lead IT Financial Business Analyst, where responsibilities included developing software solutions and managing relationships with judicial stakeholders. Dunn's experience also includes positions with the Washington State Department of Licensing as a Senior Business Analyst and Continuous Process Improvement Specialist. Additionally, Dunn has a substantial background in the U.S. Navy, holding leadership positions such as Executive Officer for the Naval ROTC MidSouth Region and Deputy Director of Operational Net Assessment. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University and a Master’s in Organizational Management from Troy University.
