Morad OUMAALI is an accomplished production management professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Unit Production Manager at THY-MARCINELLE since March 2021, Morad oversees a team of 35 while ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and minimizing manufacturing defects. Prior roles include Production Engineer at Safran Nacelles, where Morad successfully managed workload evaluation and cost-reduction projects, and Head of the Glazing Production Department at Roca Sanitario, S.A., overseeing a team of 65 and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
