Sydney Linhares

Sydney Linhares has a diverse work experience, starting with a role at Windward at the Beach as a Hospitality Intern in 2014. They then worked as a Substitute Teacher at Pine Bush Central School District from 2013 to 2015. Sydney transitioned to the healthcare industry at Oscar Health, where they held various roles. They started as a Care Guide from 2015 to 2017 and then moved on to work as a Quality Improvement Associate from 2017 to 2018. They further advanced their career at Oscar Health, working as an Analyst in Population Health from 2018 to 2019, an Associate in Population Health from 2019 to 2020, and finally as a Manager in Population Health from 2020 to 2021. Sydney also briefly held the position of Manager in Strategy & Optimization at Oscar Health from June to December 2021. Currently, Sydney is employed at Thyme Care as a Manager of Product Operations, starting from January 2022, and as a Product Manager, starting from December 2022.

Sydney Linhares attended Providence College from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a degree in History. In 2014, they briefly attended Macquarie University to further their studies in History. In February 2019, Sydney obtained a certification in "Insights for Innovation" from IDEO.
