Danny Buckley has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Danny began their career as a Level 3 Diploma Engineer Apprentice at Ipeco, where they worked in the Quality Assurance department, ensuring products met strict aviation specifications and safety regulations. In 2017, they moved to Hoxton Macs, where they were a Business Development and was responsible for pushing the company forward with new ideas and developing existing company processes. In 2019, Danny enrolled in Flatiron School, a 6-month software engineering course, where they developed the technical skills to build productive, scalable front-ends with React, create slick, functional, reactive code with Redux, and utilize Ruby on Rails to produce secure, highly efficient back-end API's. That same year, they also worked part-time at Tesco as a Supermarket Assistant, further developing their communication and teamwork skills. In 2020, Danny joined Engaging Tech as a Junior Software Engineer, creating market-leading digital products and services. Danny also took on the role of Software Engineering Team Lead at Talent Hack, where they took full ownership and creative leadership of a brand new product to market. Finally, in 2021, they joined Thymia as a Frontend Engineer.

Danny Buckley has a diverse educational background. From 2010 to 2014, they attended The Fitzwimarc School, where they obtained GCSEs in Engineering, Science, and IT. In 2014, they completed a Level 3 Diploma in Engineering – Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering (Distinction) from Ipeco Holdings. From 2018 to 2019, they earned a Become a UX Designer from Scratch certification from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF). Most recently, from 2019 to 2020, they attended the Flatiron School and obtained a Software Engineering degree, as well as a Full-Time Online Software Engineering certification.
