Stan Wang, MD, PhD

Stan Wang, MD, PhD has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Their most recent position is as the CEO & Founder of Thymmune Therapeutics since July 2019. Stan also holds the position of Non-Resident Senior Fellow at The Council on Strategic Risks since July 2019. Previously, they co-founded Cellino in August 2017 and worked there until December 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering from September 2016 to August 2018. Stan started their career as a Pre-doctoral IRTA Fellow at the National Institutes of Health from August 2011 to June 2015 and also served as a Gates Scholar at the University of Cambridge from October 2011 to May 2015.

Stan Wang, MD, PhD completed their Bachelor's Degree at The University of Akron in 2009. Stan then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree at the University of Cambridge, which they completed in 2015. Following this, they attended Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in 2016.
