Emma Montgomery

Emma Montgomery is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and customer success. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Thynk.Cloud since July 2022, Emma has previously held various roles including Director of Customer Success and Business Analyst at Addapptation. Emma has demonstrated expertise in implementing Agile Project Management processes and developing custom tech stacks to support diverse customer projects. Additionally, Emma's background includes roles as an Associate Customer Success Manager at Verisk and a Venture for America Fellow, where skills in business development and impact-driven initiatives were cultivated. Emma's foundational experience includes teaching English in Colombia and working with newly settled refugees, showcasing strong communication and cultural exchange abilities. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Comparative Literature from Northwestern University.
