Anja Berkenfeld

Anja Berkenfeld has extensive experience in the field of occupational safety and health, currently serving as the Head of Occupational Safety and Health at ThyssenKrupp AG since September 2001. In this role, Anja also holds positions as Abteilungsdirektorin Health and Safety with a focus on health, Leiterin Gesundheitsservice, and Betriebsärztin, where responsibilities include the coordination of health activities for the Stainless Group. Previously, Anja worked as a Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at Universitätsklinikum Essen in the Clinic for Bone Marrow Transplantation from September 1999 to September 2001, with an emphasis on hematology and internal oncology.
