Carolin Nadilo

Carolin Nadilo currently serves as CFO of Decarbon Technologies and is a member of the Executive Board at thyssenkrupp since April 2024. Additionally, Carolin is a member of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee at nucera Management AG, starting in June 2024. Prior to these roles, Carolin held various positions at Gerresheimer, including Global Vice President Finance & Controlling and Divisional CFO for Plastic Packaging, from April 2020 to April 2024. Experience also includes a role at sino AG as Prokuristin, overseeing business development and internal audit from July 2017 to April 2020, and working at Information und Technik Nordrhein-Westfalen (IT.NRW) from October 2015 to June 2017 in the Competence Center for Digitalization. Previously, Carolin was associated with HERING SCHUPPENER from January 2012 to September 2015, focusing on strategic financial communication and investor relations, and held a Prokuristin position at HSBC as an Equity Trader from August 2005 to December 2011.
