Jeremy L. Rainwater

Jeremy L. Rainwater serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Americas at TK Elevator, overseeing a $4 billion business and leading over 12,000 employees across North America and Latin America. Jeremy is a member of the Global Senior Leadership Team at TK Elevator and also contributes to the Metro Atlanta Chamber as a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Prior to joining TK Elevator, Jeremy held several executive positions at Johnson Controls, including Chief Operating Officer for Building Solutions North America, where responsibilities included a $10 billion operation. Jeremy's extensive experience at Schindler Elevator Corporation included roles such as Senior Vice President and District Manager, where notable achievements included revenue growth and record profit results. Jeremy holds an Advanced Management Program degree from Harvard Business School, an M.B.A. from Rutgers Business School, and a BA in Marketing from Cardinal Stritch University.
