Mohamed Eissa has 16 years of work experience in the field of procurement, supply chain management, inspection, and expediting. Mohamed started their career as a Senior Inspector at thyssenkrupp in 2006, where they were responsible for inspection and expediting of pressure vessels and steel structures. Mohamed then joined Lloyd's Register in 2008 as an Energy Surveyor-Safety Leader, where they conducted ASME code reviews, monitored implementation of quality manuals, and inspected boilers and pressure vessels. In 2015, Eissa returned to thyssenkrupp as the Head of Inspection and Expediting Department, managing various construction projects and expediting activities. In May 2022, they transitioned to the role of Head of Procurement and Supply Chain Management at thyssenkrupp.

Mohamed Eissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Helwan University Cairo in 1996. Mohamed later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in 2018.
