Rick Degendorfer has a significant background in human resources, with over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles. Rick began their career as an HR Manager at Regal Greetings and Gifts in 1990, where they stayed until 1998. Following this, they joined Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions as a Director of HR for six years. In 2004, Rick transitioned to Sgsco, a global marketing services company, where they held the position of Director of Human Resources, Business Partner for 13 years. Most recently, in 2018, Rick joined TI Group as the Director of Human Resources.
Rick Degendorfer has studied Human Resources Management at Ryerson University. Rick also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto.
