Fred Hiss has extensive experience in IT management and customer support, currently serving as the IT and Customer Support Manager at Ti Training since September 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing the IT environment and providing support to over 300 law enforcement agencies and other organizations. Previous roles include serving as the MillerCoors Steady State Program Manager for IBM and managing projects for major accounts such as AstraZeneca and The Walt Disney Company. Fred's background also includes server operations engineering and systems engineering at IBM and QWEST, respectively. Fred holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Liberal Arts from Colorado State University.
