Dan Ruys

Dan Ruys is the Sr. Director of Continuous Improvement at TIAA, where they focus on executing and implementing service delivery strategies. Previously, they served as the Service Delivery Director and held various roles at TIAA, including Product Manager and TC Way Consultant. With experience as a Business Process Analyst at Thrivent Financial, Dan successfully led initiatives that significantly improved operational efficiency. They possess a strong background in data analysis, Lean Six Sigma practices, and public speaking, complemented by a BBA in Operations Management and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and an MBA from Duke University.
