Harsh Kumar

Harsh Kumar currently serves as the Head of Advanced Planning Services at TIAA Wealth Management, leading advanced wealth, insurance, estate, and tax-planning services since October 2025. Prior to this role, Harsh was a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group and Oxford Strategic Legal Advisors, contributing to the Asset & Wealth Management practice and launching a boutique strategy consulting firm focused on law firms. At Neuberger Berman, Harsh acted as a Senior Consultant, advising on strategic growth initiatives for the private wealth franchise. Harsh's extensive experience at Citi included roles such as Business Head of Citi Alliance, where a wealth platform for independent firms was launched, and Chief Operating Officer for both Global and North America Private Bank, focusing on strategy, transformation, and revenue growth. Harsh holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance from The Wharton School.
