Heather Harris

Heather Harris possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Talent Acquisition at TIAA since April 2016. Prior roles include HR Business Partner and Talent Planning Manager at Belk, and various leadership positions at Yum! Brands, including Manager of HR Business Partner and Corporate Talent Acquisition Leader. Additional experience includes customer insights and talent program management at PPG Architectural Coatings, consultancy in leadership development at NASA, and educational consultancy with Alpha Phi International Fraternity. Heather Harris holds a BS in Psychology with a concentration in Business from Appalachian State University and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School.
