Jason Sternhagen

Jason Sternhagen, MBA, is an experienced Transition Manager at TIAA, with a tenure that began in May 2007. In the role of Transition Manager, III, Jason leads multiple cross-site onboarding teams to implement complex multi-level plan changes affecting over 100 clients, focusing on developing comprehensive onboarding plans and timelines. Previous positions at TIAA include Transition Manager, II, where Jason mentored colleagues and guided teams through the implementation of retirement plan changes, and Transition Manager, I, where Jason managed onboarding processes for institutional clients. Jason's career also includes roles as a Senior Financial Services Consultant and Customer Care Consultant, providing support and education on retirement plans. Prior to TIAA, Jason was a Project Manager at the University of Wyoming, where project planning and team motivation were key responsibilities. Jason holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wyoming and an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix.
