Jim Matol, CFP®, ChFC®, is the Managing Director of Financial Planning at TIAA since 2022. With extensive experience in financial planning and management, they previously served as Senior Director of Financial Planning at TIAA-CREF and as Executive Director of Financial Planning at UBS, where they significantly increased financial plan counts and developed compliance policies. Jim also directed operations at AXA Advisors, leading a national financial planning center. They are currently pursuing a BA in Economics at Ursinus College.
