Justin Harris-Shaw

Justin Harris-Shaw is a seasoned professional in technology transformation and change management with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Director of Technology Transformation at TIAA since July 2022, Justin previously worked at Wells Fargo as a Lead Business Execution Consultant, guiding the Commercial Bank through large-scale technology initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Strategic Change Consultant and Business Initiatives Consultant at North Highland, where support was provided for organizational change management in complex projects. Justin's early career involved various positions at Deloitte, specializing in human capital, and service in the Army National Guard as Assistant Operations Officer and Company Executive Officer. Justin holds an MBA from Winthrop University and completed Army ROTC at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
