Kristen Doscher

Kristen Doscher is an accomplished tax operations professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Tax Operations at TIAA since 2016, Kristen received a performance-based promotion within 2.5 years, showcasing strong leadership and strategic capabilities. Prior roles include Senior Director of Tax Operations and Director of State & Local Tax at TIAA, where oversight of tax compliance, legislative analysis, and strategic tax planning were key responsibilities.
