Michelle Roberts, Ph.D. is a highly experienced professional in talent management and organizational psychology. Michelle has worked in various leadership roles at companies such as TIAA, Nuveen, Lowe's Home Improvement, Tennessee Assessment Center, and Ruby Tuesday's Inc. Michelle has a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee and a BA in Psychology Major, Business Minor from the University of Kentucky.
