Mike Cowell

Mike Cowell has over 15 years of executive level experience, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Auditor at TIAA. Mike has played a key role in transitioning the organization from insurance regulated to Federal Reserve regulated entity. Prior to TIAA, Mike held various positions at Ernst & Young LLP, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Norfolk Southern. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech and completed the TIAA-CREF Executive Leadership Development Program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2015.
