Peter Amico

Peter Amico is the Director of Strategy and Executive Reporting at TIAA, where they create and develop group-wide strategies while compiling strategic reports for the Board of Trustees and executive leadership. With over 8 years of diverse professional experience, they have held various roles, including Engineering Co-op at Steele Rubber Products and Product Design & Development Engineer at Parker Hannifin. Peter earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
