Reginald C. serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Operations at TIAA since September 2023, focusing on operational effectiveness through strategic initiatives. Previously, Reginald held the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer at TIAA, leading efforts for organizational simplification and growth. Additionally, Reginald is the Chair of the Audit Committee at Vail Resorts and has extensive experience in financial leadership from positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Managing Director roles in commercial banking and consumer banking. Reginald's professional background includes significant roles in strategy and corporate finance at McKinsey & Company, private equity at 3i Group plc, and investment banking at Citi, along with legal experience from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Uría Menéndez Abogados. Reginald also contributed to policy development as a White House Fellow in the National Economic Council and taught as an adjunct professor at Columbia University.
