Richard Stanula

Richard Stanula is an accomplished HR leader currently serving as the Vice President, Business Area HR Leader at TIAA, where they focus on aligning HR strategies with business objectives across various operational areas. With a SPHR® certification, Richard has a rich background in human resources, having previously held several vice president roles at Wells Fargo and Bank of America, as well as recruiting positions at KPMG and Delta Technology. Richard earned a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from Western Illinois University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
