Rob McMinn

Rob McMinn, CFP®, CHFC®, is a Managing Director and Healthcare Market Leader at TIAA, where they have established the strategic direction for the Healthcare team since 2011. Prior to this role, Rob served as a Senior Director for Mid-Market Healthcare and a Senior Relationship Manager at TIAA, focusing on client experience and team performance. Rob began their financial services career at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, where they held roles as a District Manager and Financial Advisor. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Management with a Finance Minor from Purdue University, which they completed in 1996.
