Ryan Watters

Ryan Watters, ELS, currently serves as the Director and Principal Content Strategist at TIAA, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan was the Associate Director of Content Strategy at EPAM Systems from March 2021 to October 2023 and held similar titles at Rightpoint. Ryan's career in content strategy began at the College of American Pathologists as a Digital Content Manager. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Medical Editor at Precision for Value, Editor for AAP.org at the American Academy of Pediatrics, and freelance Medical Editor & Writer. Early career experience includes teaching English at GEOS Language Academy Toronto. Ryan holds a Certification in Medical Editing and Writing from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies from Illinois State University.
