Sean Kitzmiller

Sean Kitzmiller is an accomplished design strategist and leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and transformation within large organizations. Currently serving as Design Strategy Lead and Director at TIAA since March 2013, Sean has been instrumental in fostering associate empowerment and enhancing operational efficiency through crowd-sourced innovation initiatives. Previously, Sean held key roles at Adaptivity, Inc., where award-winning SaaS solutions were developed, and at TalentSphere, leading user experience design for a significant application platform. With a foundation in design established at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Sean has consistently demonstrated a commitment to improving organizational practices and has received multiple accolades, including the 2022 Inclusive Leader of the Year award.
