Shankar Saravanan

Shankar Saravanan is a seasoned financial services executive with extensive experience in product strategy and management. Currently serving as the Senior Managing Director and Head of Wealth Product and Solutions at TIAA since September 2023, Shankar is responsible for managing the development of Managed Accounts, Brokerage Solutions, Trust, and 3rd Party Solutions. Prior to this role, Shankar spent nearly two decades at Fidelity Investments, holding multiple senior positions, including SVP and Head of Product for Digital Core Experiences, where strategic vision was set for simplifying digital experiences for a large customer base. Other positions at Fidelity included Vice President of Product for Personalized Planning and Advice, and Vice President of Product for Private Wealth Management, showcasing a strong track record in leadership and product development. Shankar holds advanced degrees in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, complemented by executive education in blockchain technologies and data science from prestigious institutions such as MIT and Harvard.
