Eric Reiss

Eric Reiss has extensive work experience in the fields of finance, management, and consulting. Their most recent role was as the CFO of Tiamat Energy, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant in Finance and Management, providing advice and coaching to startups and projects at Crédit Agricole Centre Loire innovation center. Eric also contributed to various mergers and acquisitions processes and served as an Advisor to a US Midcap PE fund.

From 2018 to 2020, Eric served as the CFO & Business Development of Groupe ONG Conseil, a French company specializing in face-to-face fundraising for Non-Profit Organizations. Eric played a key role in developing a new service line and securing financial funding for the company.

Before that, Eric had their own consultancy business and worked as an Entrepreneur and Consultant in Finance and Management. Eric was also the CFO of Save.co, a startup offering smartphone repair services, and the COO-CFO of Tok Tok Tok, a French urban express-delivery platform.

Eric's earlier experiences include working as a Consultant in Finance and Management, where they advised MidCap companies in France and Brazil on various business development and strategic planning issues. Eric also worked at Carrefour, where they held several senior positions including COO Hypermarket Division - Brazil, CFO Carrefour Group, CFO Carrefour Brazil, CFO Carrefour Argentina, and Managing Director FP&A and Financial Control Latin America. During their time at Carrefour, Eric led significant turnaround efforts, managed M&A deals, and implemented cost-saving programs.

Before joining Carrefour, Eric worked at FedEx as a Manager in Financial Planning and Analysis, and at Ricoh Group as a Project Manager in the Benelux region.

Eric Reiss earned their Master's degree in Management and Corporate Finance from NEOMA Business School between 1988 and 1991. In 2003, they completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.
