Evan Deguchi

Evan Deguchi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in lending administration and loan review, currently serving as the First Vice President and Assistant Director of Lending Administration at TIB, N.A. since June 2015. Previously held roles include Underwriting Manager and Senior Loan Review Specialist at the same institution, as well as a Credit Analyst at PlainsCapital Bank from July 2013 to June 2015. Evan's early career includes an internship in Banking Supervision at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Academically, Evan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business and completed studies at the SW Graduate School of Banking from 2018 to 2021. Evan is also an alumnus of Bishop Lynch High School.
