Aviad Ganon has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Aviad started their career at Amdocs in 2007, where they worked as a Performance Team member in the Mobile Data Division. Aviad was responsible for analyzing, anticipating, and remedying service health issues, as well as managing database performance and conducting End-to-End load testing.

In 2011, Aviad joined Walla! Communications as a Senior IOS Developer and Team Leader. Aviad played a key role in the software development lifecycle, creating over 20 IOS apps and managing a private library with extensive knowledge and code base.

Aviad then joined Spot.IM in 2013 as the Head of Mobile. In this role, they acted as an iOS Expert developer, leading the app development lifecycle from conception to delivery. Aviad also provided guidance and consultancy on team development and strategies.

In 2015, Aviad moved to Intel Corporation, where they worked as a Senior Developer in the Wearable and Mobile SW department. Aviad specialized in iOS app development and utilized Java logic shared code to optimize user intents. Aviad worked in an Agile sprint format to ensure shorter production cycles.

Aviad transitioned to Spaceek in 2016, serving as the CTO & VP R&D. Aviad held this role until 2018, leading the company's technological and research and development efforts.

Their most recent position is with TIBA Parking, where they currently hold the position of Chief Software Architect since November 2019. Before that, they were the IoT and Mobile Core Architect from November 2018 to November 2019.
