Fernando Beltrami has extensive experience in sales management within the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Diretor de Vendas at Tibério Construções e Incorporações S/A since March 2017, Fernando previously held the position of Gerente de Vendas at You Inc Incorporadora from August 2016 to January 2017. Prior to that, Fernando was Diretor de Vendas at SETIN Incorporadora from October 2014 to June 2016, where management included a team of 8 managers and 7 coordinators, focusing on sales and marketing strategies for various projects. From January 2009 to October 2014, Fernando also served as Diretor de Vendas at PDG Incorporadora e Construtora, leading a larger team of 12 managers and 14 coordinators.
