Monika Lechner

Monika Lechner is currently the a.i. Leiterin Personal at tibits. Prior to this, Monika held various HR and reception management positions at hotels such as Hotel Krone Unterstrass, Saalbacher Hof, and Senator Hotel. Monika also has a background in hotel management, holding titles such as Demi Chef de Rang and Commis de hall. Monika has pursued further education in HR, obtaining degrees such as HR Fachfrau and Personalassistentin. Currently, Monika is working towards a CAS degree in Personal und Organisationsentwicklung at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.
