Thomas Deckert

Thomas Deckert is a seasoned designer with a diverse background in product and user experience design, currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since May 2022. Deckert has contributed to various organizations, including Tiburcio Vásquez Health Center, Inc. as a User Experience & Service Designer, enhancing remote care programs, and Avenue Code as a Product Designer for mobile applications supporting utility field crews. Previous roles include User Experience Designer at CivImpact Labs, Product Designer at Conservify focusing on environmental monitoring solutions, and Design Director and Founding Partner at Next Thing Co. Deckert holds a Master of Arts in Product Design from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication Design from the University of California, Davis.
