James Skimming is the Chief Technology Officer at TIC Systems since June 2023. With a background in software engineering, James has held various technical roles at companies such as Citywire, Orbital Witness, and MoPowered Ltd. Skimming's experience includes building mobile eCommerce platforms and CRM products, as well as developing nuclear fuel inspection systems. James holds a BEng (Hons) in Software Engineering from The University of Manchester.
