Bauman held various positions at Oklahoma State University from June 2004 to April 2016, culminating as Associate Athletic Director - Ticket Manager, overseeing ticketing for multiple sports and a department budget of $1.5 million. Earlier roles included positions at the University of Maryland and Walt Disney World, alongside an internship at the University of Pittsburgh. Bauman earned a BSBA in Sport Management from Robert Morris University in 2002.
