Sarah Doughty is an experienced professional in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as the General Manager of Fan Experience at Ticketmaster since December 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Airtasker from August 2022 to December 2023 and was a Senior Customer Experience Manager at Flare from July 2021 to July 2022.
