Sergio Castrodeza

Sergio Castrodeza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and client support, currently serving as the Senior Vice President Support & Operations for EMEA at Ticketmaster since May 2011. Previous roles at Ticketmaster include Vice President Operations, International, and Director of Operations & Fan Experience in Spain, where Sergio successfully led a team of over 50, managed the migration to an international ticketing platform, and oversaw a comprehensive transformation of the business. Additionally, experience includes project management roles within Ticketmaster's International PMO and at Nestlé, where Sergio coordinated cross-area projects aimed at enhancing business excellence.
