Anna Waite is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee and manager relations, compliance, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at TicketNetwork since May 2018, Anna has played a key role in the implementation of a new HRIS/Payroll system. Previous positions include Human Resources Generalist at Valley Medical Group, where Anna contributed to the development of personnel policies and employee handbooks, as well as roles at Consolidated Health Plans, Baystate Health, Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Wellpoint Health Networks, and Kollmorgen, focusing on leave administration and benefits management throughout a diverse range of healthcare environments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from Western New England University, along with an Associate's degree in Business/Marketing from Springfield Technical Community College.
