Mert Dökümcü

Mert Dökümcü is a Digital Marketing Manager at TicketNetwork since November 2022 and a Digital Marketing Consultant at Digital Advice Lab from March 2022. Previously, Mert served as a Demand Generation Specialist at Call Center Studio, contributing to the development of the world's first Google-powered cloud contact center software. Mert's experience includes a role as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Paraşüt, a prominent Istanbul-based SaaS startup, where Mert supported a customer base of 35,000 SMEs. Additionally, Mert worked as a Growth Hacker at Dokumcu Digital. Mert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Koç University, completed in 2017.
