Jessica Ruland

Jessica Ruland has a diverse work experience spanning over various roles and industries. Jessica started their career in 2012 at Guidion, where they worked as a Servicedesk agent for XS4ALL/Telfort until 2013. In 2015, they joined foodora, initially working as a Business Development Intern, where they played a key role in establishing the company in the Netherlands. Jessica later became a Dispatch and Traffic Controller, responsible for ensuring smooth order delivery and resolving supply chain issues. In 2017, Jessica worked at TicketSwap in a Customer Support role. Jessica then joined PostNL in 2019 as a Management Trainee, participating in a three-year program aimed at personal leadership development. During this time, they held multiple positions, including Team Lead Delivery and Product Owner. In 2022, Jessica returned to TicketSwap as a Product Manager, further enhancing their skills and expertise in product management.

Jessica Ruland began their education journey at the Amsterdam School of International Business from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree (BBA) in International Business Administration. Jessica then pursued further studies at the University of Ottawa from 2015, specializing in International Business Administration. Jessica proceeded to Nyenrode Business University from 2017 to 2019, focusing on Financial Management and attaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree. In 2019, they attended the de Baak school, completing the Young Executive Program - Personal Leadership Development.

Aside from formal education, Jessica has also acquired additional certifications. In 2016, they became certified as an Open Water Diver from PADI. More recently, they obtained the Qualtrics Platform Essentials Certification from Qualtrics in May 2022. In July 2022, Jessica completed the "Python for Non-Programmers" certification course through LinkedIn. Jessica'smost recent certification is the "Finding Product/Market Fit" course offered by Reforge, which they completed in April 2023.
