Juliana Paiva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Juliana is currently working as a Lead Product Designer at TicketSwap starting from March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Payvision from 2017 to 2022, where they served as a Team Lead UX Designer and later as a UI/UX Designer.

Juliana Paiva obtained a Bachelor of Industrial Design degree in Industrial and Product Design from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Juliana attended the university from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in New Media and Digital Culture from the University of Amsterdam, studying from 2011 to 2012.
