Sinéad Breen

Customer Service Lead at Tickitto

Sinéad Breen is the current Customer Service Lead at Tickitto. Prior to this, they were the International Commercial and Customer Service Operation Manager at AngioDynamics from October 2017 to October 2019. Before that, they were the Training and Quality Team Manager at Booking.com from October 2011 to June 2016. Her first managerial position was as Candidate Care Team Leader at Prometric from July 2000 to September 2011.

Sinéad has always been interested in customer service and operations management. Sinéad enjoys working with people and helping them to improve their skills and knowledge bases. Sinéad is also very efficient and enjoys finding ways to streamline processes. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the customer service team and ensuring that they provide excellent service to Tickitto's clients.

Sinéad Breen has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wolverhampton. Sinéad also has an HND in Business Administration and Management General from Ulster University.

They work with Nick Harford - Head of Business Development & Partnerships, Harriet Claydon - Head of Partnerships Activation. Sinéad Breen reports to Dana Lattouf, CEO.
